It starts with Planning

We know from experience that time taken to plan and consult with the customer is the key to a successful project and a happy customer. We invest in planning. There are no shortcuts. Step one is to have our customer meet with the Bedrock Development project manager, designer and architect. We may even bring in specialized sub trade contractors, depending on the requirements. We view every project as a partnership. Everything is in writing, signed off on, and guaranteed. Before we start, schedules are in place, the job site fully evaluated and materials preordered.
